Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ. Section 19 contains a binding individual arbitration agreement and a class-action and jury-trial waiver. Unless you opt out within 30 days (Section 19(k)), you and Sollene LLC give up the right to sue each other in court and to have a judge or jury decide disputes; an arbitrator decides them instead, and neither of us may bring or join a class or representative action. Section 20.3 also waives a jury trial for any claim that proceeds in court, including if you opt out of arbitration; that jury waiver does not apply to California residents.
1. Agreement, Who We Are and How You Accept
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sollene LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St #68411, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Femvia," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your use of tryfemvia.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our products, including subscriptions.
1.2 You accept these Terms when you place an order, create an account or start a subscription after checking a box that refers to these Terms, or after clicking a button next to a statement that clicking it means you agree to these Terms. Your click is your electronic signature. Our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy, Supplement Disclaimer and SMS & Email Terms are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1.3 Our sales are transactions in interstate commerce: we are based in Wyoming, fulfill orders from New Jersey and ship across state lines. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 19.
1.4 The Site is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information of visitors and customers when they use and buy from the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy.
1.5 You can download or print these Terms at any time from this page. We keep a record of the version you accepted with your order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and you must use a shipping address in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is true and complete.
3. Our Products and Health Information
3.1 Ironova and Femvia Melt are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read our Supplement Disclaimer, including the iron warning and the allergen information, before use.
3.2 Information on the Site, in our emails and texts, and in The Ferritin Recovery Guide is general information, not medical advice, and does not replace advice from your physician. You are responsible for deciding, with your physician, whether our products are right for you. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, and use our products only as directed on the label.
3.3 We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by use contrary to the label, by an allergy to an ingredient listed on the label, or by a medical condition that you did not discuss with your physician before use. Section 17.2 still applies.
3.4 Individual results vary. Product images are for illustration; the label on the product you receive governs.
4. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation
4.1 Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation we email you only acknowledges that we received your order. A contract of sale is formed when we ship the products to you.
4.2 We may refuse or cancel any order before it ships, limit quantities per person, household, address or payment method, and refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers. Our products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
4.3 Pricing and listing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with obviously incorrect information, we may cancel orders for that product before shipment. If we cancel an order for any reason, we notify you and refund all amounts you paid within 7 days. We do not charge you a corrected price without your agreement.
4.4 You cannot cancel or change an order after you place it. We start processing orders as soon as they are placed, and by placing an order you agree not to withdraw it. Your rights to cancel if we cannot ship on time and to cancel future subscription renewals remain, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
5.1 Prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
5.2 We may change prices and offers, or discontinue products, at any time for future orders; the price that applies to an order is the price shown at checkout when you place it. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Section 6.5.
5.3 You authorize us and our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and PayPal) to charge your payment method for each order, including each subscription renewal under Section 6. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. If your card is replaced or updated, we may use updated card details that your card issuer or payment network provides so that your subscription continues without interruption. We are not responsible for fees that your bank or card issuer charges you, such as foreign transaction fees.
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
6.1 How it works. If you choose a subscription ("Subscribe & Save" or a similar option), your subscription renews automatically and we charge your payment method at the interval you selected at checkout (for example every 30 days, every month, every 3 months or every 6 months) until you cancel. Each renewal charge is the subscription price shown at checkout for later orders, plus any shipping charge and applicable tax. There is no minimum number of orders.
6.2 Introductory prices. If your first subscription order is discounted, the price for later orders and the date it starts are shown before you subscribe. Before the first charge at the later price, we email you a reminder at least 7 days and no more than 21 days in advance, with the amount, the date and how to cancel.
6.3 Confirmations and reminders. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with the subscription terms and how to cancel. We email a confirmation of each renewal charge with the amount and how to cancel. For subscriptions that renew every 3 months or less often, we also email you a reminder at least 5 days and no more than 30 days before each renewal charge. At least once a year we email you a reminder of your subscription and how to manage or cancel it.
6.4 How to cancel. You can cancel at any time online in your account ("Manage Subscription"), or by emailing support@trysollene.com. Online cancellation takes effect immediately; you do not need to call or chat with anyone. To avoid the next charge, cancel online before your next billing date shown in your account. An emailed cancellation takes effect when we process it, which we do within two business days after we receive it; to be sure an emailed cancellation stops your next charge, send it at least two business days before your next billing date. When you cancel, we may ask whether you would like to see an offer, such as a pause or a discount; you can always decline and complete your cancellation at once. After cancellation, we charge nothing further.
6.5 Changes. You can skip a shipment, pause, change the interval or swap products in your account; a change made before your next billing date applies to that billing, and a later change applies from the following one. If we change the price or another material term of your subscription, we notify you at least 14 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, with instructions on how to cancel. If you live in New York and are charged a higher price that you did not agree to, you may cancel within 14 days after that charge, and we refund, on a pro-rata basis, the part of that charge that covers the remaining term of your subscription period at the time you cancel.
6.6 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, charge another payment method you have saved in your account, and pause or cancel your subscription if no valid payment is received.
6.7 Our right to end subscriptions. We may end your subscription at any time, for example if a product is discontinued, and we refund any renewal charge for an order we do not ship.
6.8 Refunds on subscriptions. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers the first shipment of a subscription if it is your first order of that product. Renewal shipments are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. All sales are shipment contracts, F.O.B. shipping point: title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier.
8. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Returns and Refunds
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, its conditions and all returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. The Guarantee is a refund right for purchases made on the Site that you may use for any reason, whatever your results. It is not a warranty about the performance of our products, and we do not give any written warranty, as that term is defined in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, for our products.
9. Promotions, Discounts, Free Gifts and Bundles
Discount codes, bundle offers, free gifts and free-shipping offers apply only as stated in the offer, cannot be combined unless the offer says so, have no cash value, and may be ended or changed at any time for future orders. Unless the offer states otherwise, a discount code is limited to one use per customer. The rules for free gifts and bundle items on a refund are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
10.1 Please contact us first at support@trysollene.com if something is wrong with an order; it is usually faster than a bank dispute.
10.2 If you dispute a charge, we respond with our order, delivery and communication records. If the dispute concerns an order that was delivered as described, the purchase price remains owed, and we may pursue it outside the card network, recover the actual, documented costs of an unfounded dispute to the extent permitted by law, and decline future orders. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
11. Reviews and Content You Submit
11.1 If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, feedback, suggestion, idea or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt and distribute it, together with the name, age and location details you provide with it, in any media in connection with our business. You keep ownership of your content. You confirm that your content is your own, is truthful and reflects your real experience, does not infringe anyone's rights, and discloses any compensation or incentive you received for it.
11.2 We may remove or decline to display content that contains another person's personal information or likeness; is libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit or discriminatory; is unrelated to our products or the Site; or is clearly false or misleading. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to post an honest review or other statement about us or our products, anywhere.
12. Communications and Electronic Records
12.1 You agree that we may give you notices, disclosures, receipts and other communications about your orders, subscription and these Terms electronically, by email to the address you gave us or by posting on the Site, and that they satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Notices about your orders and subscription that we send by email take effect when sent to the email address on your order. You may request a paper copy of any such communication free of charge, and you may withdraw this consent by emailing us, which may prevent us from processing further orders. To receive electronic communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, an email account and software that opens PDF files. Please keep your email address current. Notices of a product recall or safety issue are sent by email and by any other means the law requires.
12.2 Marketing emails and text messages are sent as described in our SMS & Email Terms. Marketing text messages require your separate consent; agreeing to these Terms is not consent to receive them.
13. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the Femvia and Ironova names and logos, text, graphics, images, videos and design — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the Site and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
14. Acceptable Use
Keep your account login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account; you are responsible for activity under your account that results from your failure to do so. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; access it with bots, scrapers or other automated means without our permission; introduce malicious code; place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you are not authorized to use; misrepresent your identity; or resell our products.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site uses and links to services we do not control, such as payment providers, carriers, social networks and apps. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR ON THE PRODUCT LABEL, AND TO THE EXTENT THE LAW OF YOUR STATE ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR OUR PRODUCTS AND THE SITE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM USING OUR PRODUCTS.
No advice or information, oral or written, that you obtain from us or through the Site creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms or on the product label. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site itself (as opposed to our products) is to stop using the Site.
This Section 16 does not apply: (a) to consumers in Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and the District of Columbia; (b) to the Femvia Scalp Massager Brush bought by consumers in California; or (c) to claims for personal injury. Where this Section 16 does not apply, the implied warranties that the law of your state provides remain in effect.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 TO THE EXTENT THE LAW OF YOUR STATE ALLOWS: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS; (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER (FOR EXAMPLE A LATE, LOST OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY) IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER; AND (C) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. THESE LIMITS APPLY EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
17.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our products or our conduct; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (d) our violation of law; (e) statutory damages, multiplied damages, penalties, attorney's fees or other remedies that a statute gives you; or (f) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you.
17.3 For consumers in the states and district listed in Section 16(a), Section 17.1 does not limit the remedies for breach of an implied warranty; for consumers in West Virginia, it does not limit the remedies for breach of any warranty, express or implied.
17.4 The limits in Section 17.1 also apply to any claim we bring against you, except claims for amounts you owe us for orders and claims based on your fraud, your resale of our products or your infringement of intellectual-property rights.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, and the related losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent they are caused by your fraud, your resale of our products, your violation of another person's rights (including intellectual-property rights through content you submit), or your intentional misuse of the Site. We may control the defense of any claim covered by this Section, and you agree to cooperate with us in it. This Section does not apply to claims you bring against us and does not cover losses caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
19. Dispute Resolution — Binding Individual Arbitration, Class-Action Waiver and Jury-Trial Waiver
(a) Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration or small-claims case, the party with a claim must send the other a written notice (to us: support@trysollene.com and Sollene LLC, Attn: Legal, 30 N Gould St #68411, Sheridan, WY 82801; to you: the email address on your order). A notice from you must give your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, the order number if the claim concerns an order, a description of the claim and the relief requested, and must be personally signed by you and, if you have a lawyer, also by your lawyer; a notice from us is signed by an authorized representative. We both agree to try to resolve the claim in good faith for 30 days after the notice is received. All limitation periods are tolled from the day the notice is sent until the end of that 30-day period.
(b) Agreement to arbitrate. If the claim is not resolved, you and Sollene LLC agree to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products, the Site, your orders, subscriptions, payments, refunds or these Terms, by binding individual arbitration, and not in court. This includes claims under consumer-protection and other statutes, and claims that arose before you accepted these Terms, except claims already pending in a lawsuit or arbitration in which you are a named party when you accept them. It does not cover disputes unrelated to these subjects. Disputes about our text messages and emails are covered by our SMS & Email Terms, which apply this Section 19.
(c) You give up court and jury. By agreeing to arbitration, you and we are each waiving the right to sue or go to court to secure relief and the right to a trial by jury. An arbitrator, not a judge or jury, decides the dispute. Arbitration uses simpler procedures and more limited discovery than court, and court review of an award is limited.
(d) Exceptions. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction, as long as the case stays in that court and proceeds only on an individual basis. Either party may also bring an individual action in court for infringement or misuse of its intellectual property.
(e) Rules and administrator. The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") administers the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, each as in effect when the demand is filed (available at www.adr.org). If the AAA is unavailable, the parties will agree on another administrator, or a court will appoint one under the Federal Arbitration Act.
(f) Fees. You pay no more than the consumer filing fee the AAA rules set. We pay all other AAA administrative fees and the arbitrator's compensation, and we pay any AAA invoice within 30 days of its due date. Each party pays its own attorney's fees and costs, unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law, including a statute that gives you the right to recover them.
(g) Hearing. Claims of $25,000 or less are decided on written submissions unless the arbitrator decides a hearing is needed. Any hearing takes place by video or telephone or, if the arbitrator decides an in-person hearing is necessary, in the county where you live.
(h) Remedies. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief that a court could award to you under applicable law, including statutory, punitive and multiplied damages and attorney's fees, but only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent needed to provide relief on that party's individual claim. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
(i) Class-action waiver. You and Sollene LLC each agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of different persons or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, except for administrative coordination under the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules; for claims coordinated under those rules, all limitation periods are tolled from the day the first notice under subsection (a) is sent. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim will proceed in court and not in class arbitration, and it will be stayed until the individual claims in arbitration are resolved.
(j) Public injunctive relief. A request for public injunctive relief (relief whose primary purpose and effect is to prohibit unlawful acts that threaten future injury to the general public) will be severed and decided by a court after the arbitrator resolves all individual claims and the award is final, and the court proceeding will be stayed until then. This subsection does not affect the arbitration of any individual claim.
(k) Right to opt out. You may opt out of this Section 19 within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, by emailing support@trysollene.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name, the email address on your order and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms or any earlier arbitration agreement between us.
(l) Who decides. The arbitrator decides all questions about the interpretation, scope, validity and enforceability of this Section 19, except that a court decides questions about subsections (i) and (j) and about whether a proceeding qualifies for, and must follow, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules.
(m) Changes to this Section. If we change this Section 19 after you accept it, the change does not apply to any claim that arose, or of which either party had notice, before the change. You may reject a future change by emailing us within 30 days after we notify you of it; this Section as you last accepted it then continues to apply.
(n) Severability of this Section. If any part of this Section 19 other than subsection (i) is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest of this Section 19 continues to apply.
20. Governing Law, Venue and Jury Waiver
20.1 The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 19. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any law of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
20.2 Any claim that is not arbitrated under Section 19 must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in a small-claims court with jurisdiction. Residents of California, Washington and Idaho may instead bring such a claim in the state or federal courts for the county where they live.
20.3 Except for California residents, if a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive the right to a trial by jury.
21. State-Specific Provisions
21.1 New Jersey residents. Section 16 does not apply to claims for personal injury, and Sections 3.3 and 17.1 do not limit our liability for personal injury or for losses caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any remedy under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Sections 18, 19, 20 and 25.2 apply to New Jersey residents as written.
21.2 California residents. Section 16 does not apply to the Femvia Scalp Massager Brush. Section 17.1(C) does not apply. Section 19(b) does not cover claims that arose before you accepted these Terms. Section 19(j) applies to requests for public injunctive relief under California law. Section 20.3 does not apply. Section 20.2 lets you sue in the county where you live.
21.3 Washington and Idaho residents. Section 20.2 lets you sue in the county where you live. For Idaho residents, Section 25.2 does not apply.
21.4 Florida, Mississippi and Texas residents. Section 25.2 does not apply.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms for future transactions. We post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and notify registered customers and subscribers by email. The version you accepted governs each order you placed; a new version applies to you only from the next order, subscription renewal or account action for which you accept it. Changes to Section 19 are also subject to Section 19(m).
23. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or your account, or refuse future orders, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. We may also discontinue the Site or end your account for any other reason; if we do, we refund any charges for orders we have not shipped. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 16 to 21 and 25 — survive the end of these Terms.
24. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, natural disasters, public-health events, strikes, war, government action, shortages of materials or supplies, or failures of internet or payment networks. Our duties to you under the Shipping Policy if we cannot ship on time still apply.
25. General
25.1 These Terms, with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject and replace earlier versions for future transactions. If a provision (other than Section 19, which has its own rule in Section 19(n)) is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these Terms remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver, and a waiver by us is effective only in writing. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor to our business. Headings are for convenience only, and "including" means "including without limitation." No provision of these Terms will be interpreted against a party because that party drafted it.
25.2 Time limit for contract claims. Any claim for breach of these Terms or of a warranty relating to a product you bought from us must be brought within one year after it arises. This time limit does not apply to claims under a statute, to claims for personal injury or fraud, or where Section 21 excludes it, and it is tolled while the informal resolution under Section 19(a) is under way. For consumers in the states and district listed in Section 16(a), it does not apply to claims for breach of an implied warranty; for consumers in West Virginia, it does not apply to any warranty claim.
